4. How much coffee do I get each month?
Each subscription box comes with one 15 oz bag of coffee. That’s about 30 cups depending on your brew strength. If that doesn't seem like enough for your needs, you can simply add more next to the "Add to Cart" button.
5. Can I choose my roast level?
Yes! Choose between Light, Medium, or Dark roast when you pick your subscription.
6. Can I choose ground or whole bean?
You sure can. Just select your grind option on the product page before checkout.
7. Is the coffee fresh?
Extremely. We roast in small batches and ship fast so it shows up fresh, not dusty.
8. Where does the coffee come from?
We source premium beans from high-altitude farms in Colombia, roasted right here in the U.S.
9. Can I pause, skip, or cancel anytime?
Yup. Manage everything from your account dashboard. No weird emails. No tricks.
10. Is it true there’s no shipping fee — ever?
Yes — but only if you subscribe now. We're currently running a Free Shipping For Life promo for all new customers, but once we hit our subscriber threshold, it’s over. Lock it in while it lasts.
